Have a taster of the class and you will soon be mixing it into your weekly gym routine, why not try out our circuit class on a Saturday morning as well. HARDCORE is exactly what it says... I won't lie and tell you its easy. It's hard, it works your core and will get you results. Doing exercises that focus on your core will build strength throughout your body, whilst shaping it perfectly.

A 10 week programme for 13-16 year olds, which upon completion will enable them to gain access to a full gym membership at Hallmark Health Club. This course provides an educational gym introduction and includes final written assessment as well as demonstrating safe and effective exercise throughout. Teens will be provided with a handout containing useful information for them to keep and is great for those studying or wanting to study GCSE PE. Crash courses also run over school holidays
21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Programme
