Training with DC-Fitness has been a great experience. I joined the bootcamp to tone up and get an overall fitness. I run 6 nights a week but needed something else to supplement the running, at first the sessions where killers! I could hardly run back to the gym,my legs where like jelly but as the weeks progressed i could feel my fitness building, dont get me wrong the sessions are still hard but i can get through them and run back! I didn't watch what i ate nor measure myself until 5 weeks into bootcamp then i did ,since then and 5 weeks later, i have lost 10 lbs and 2.5 inches from my bust 2 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips. I am over the moon. All the hard work as been worth it. Thanks guys couldnt of done it without you. So to anyone thinking about it WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

I have heard about boot camps before but never tried one out. My friend signed me up to DC fitness boot camp and at first I wasn’t sure it was what I wanted to do but thought I would try it out for something different instead of the gym which was becoming a bit boring. My goal was to lose a couple inches here and there but mainly increase my fitness levels and gain more knowledge towards exercising and diet. After the first boot camp session I loved it and knew I would stick to going to every class without fail – it became addictive. The intensity of the exercise routines really got my mind focused and after 4 weeks I could feel an increase in my fitness levels, energy levels and strength. Every single session was hard work and worthwhile but enjoyable at the same time and I felt like I was gaining something each week. I used the different exercises and techniques twice a week in the gym as well. It’s fantastic. The weekly newsletters are really interesting - plus the emails from Damien are very motivating!! I lost 2 inches from around my hips, 1 inch from my waist and calves and half inch from around my arms. I’m really happy with these results and I achieved my goal in 10 weeks. To anybody that’s even thinking of signing up to the boot camp DO IT, you won’t regret it! Thanks guys xx

Having always been interested in sport from being young in terms of dancing since i was 2 and then horse riding later on in life, on the down side always feeling like i had the dreaded 'thunder thighs'!! Bootcamp has totally changed the way in which i look at excerise and what i eat and drink, thanks to the inspirational emails!! Fair enough i dont have any fantastic measurements to share to the group in terms of inches before and afer, but in terms of having 2 children under the age of 3, eldest daughter is 3 in july and youngest is 7 months, it is an amazing compliment for people to say wow you dont look like you have any children let alone 2!! i personally put this down to boot camp and being able to go on a family holiday and wear a bikini with pride. thank you all so much, even though it is hard work. And even though my husband doesnt believe that ill still go to boot camp 3 times a week to feel and look good, thanks to you guys i will be.
