10 Week Introduction Courses

 

The 10 Week Introduction Courses are a great way to for you to improve your fitness levels, work on your techniques and build on your confidence and self defence. There is an option to join in the Mixed Adult Class, Kids Only Class (ages 5 - 15yrs) or Ladies Only Class. All classes take place on a consecutive weekly basis and you will be provided with necessary equipment to ensure training is safe and maintains the Russell Muay Thai Academy high standards.
 

Kids Only Course


This non contact introduction course is an alternative option for the under 16's to add to their current fitness programme. not only will it improve fitness in a fun and exciting way, but it will build on their confidence and social networking with an emphasis on discipline and self defence.

Ladies Only Course


We provide an option for the ladies to train together where they can benefit from a class tailored to an emphasis on improving fitness and toning. It allows the ladies to break away from male dominated classes and train in a comfortable and friendly environment.
 
 
We have assistant instructors in all classes to help and support all those in training.
