As well as running classes in Muay Thai boxing and giving personal training sessions, DC fitness offers the following classes:

  • Stability Ball: Wednesday - 12:00 (booking required)
  • Circuit Training: Monday & Thursday - 18:00 - 18:45
  • Totally Abs: Tuesday & Wednesday - 18:00 - 18:30
