Founder of DC Fitness and with over 10 years experience as a personal trainer, Damien has developed an excellent reputation of helping his clients, including professional athletes and models, in achieving their goals. Damien aims to educate his clients to understand the benefits of the exercises provided and the importance of an active healthy lifestyle. Simon Sloan 07500 896 817

With 15 years sport and fitness background and 5 years of personal training experience, Simon uses his knowledge and motivation to ensure all his clients achieve their goals. He began competing nationally in athletics and was England’s Under 20’s number 1 for 110m hurdles, but an unfortunate injury put a break in his training. He has since turned to help other people improve their fitness levels and personal wellbeing; with your determination and with Simon’s motivation and knowledge you too can achieve your fitness goals.

Mark Harrison

Mark has been training people for 2 years now and thrives of pushing clients to their max, qualified in numerous different areas such as; nutrition, kettlebell, boxercise, and spin he has many different areas to help clients reach their fitness goal. His most preferable way of training is intense full body weighted circuits, hitting muscles from all areas, this helps towards the Jui Jitsu to which he is currently training in. Mark likes to take a full body approach to training, believing in training the body from within to without, for example helping you get out of bad habits

Tom Renshaw

Tom has been in the fitness industry for 2 years, and has been training and coaching Thai boxing for over 5 years. Tom pushes and encourages his clients so he can get the best from his clients so they are able to achieve their goals. He is qualified in many different areas and he uses these when he is training clients and himself such as; Circuits, Boxercise, Tabata and Spin. Toms training techniques include a lot of body weighted, functional exercises and also weights as these techniques focus on fat burning, toning and fitness. With Toms help and motivation you will get the results that you want, Tom takes your goals in to consideration and gets you the results

Alex Devall

Alex is a qualified football coach and assists with the running of the DC Fitness Bootcamps. His enthusiasm for health and fitness has helped him to start off on a promising career in the industry with DC Fitness. Alex also assists in running the Kids Muay Thai classes, and tries to ensure that all classes are fun whilst maintaining the discipline and traditions of the sport.
