Mark Harrison
Mark has been training people for 2 years now and thrives of pushing clients to their max, qualified in numerous different areas such as; nutrition, kettlebell, boxercise, and spin he has many different areas to help clients reach their fitness goal. His most preferable way of training is intense full body weighted circuits, hitting muscles from all areas, this helps towards the Jui Jitsu to which he is currently training in. Mark likes to take a full body approach to training, believing in training the body from within to without, for example helping you get out of bad habits
