What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai, otherwise known as Thai boxing, is a 3000 year old fighting system developed by the Siamese (Thai) army to protect king and country, who were constantly at war with neighbours Cambodia, Burma and Malaysia. These days Thai boxing is used for self-defence, fitness and sport. It is the ultimate way to defend yourself, gain confidence and get fit all in the same way.
